PF

With Gen Kelsang Chokga

The Foundation Program (PF) in Malaga city gives us an opportunity to systematically study and meditate on the essential themes of Kadampa Buddhism based on six books of the Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. The emphasis in the classes, which consist of teachings, meditation, and discussions, is on gaining practical experience of the Buddha's teachings that you can apply to your daily life.

The PF is a program whose effectiveness is more than proven. The goal is to gain a deeper understanding of the meaning of the Buddha's teachings, maintain a more focused and powerful daily meditation practice, and achieve genuine spiritual progress. If you have been coming to classes regularly and have noticed how beneficial it is but still feel like you need to dig a little deeper into your understanding and experience, signing up for the PF may be the perfect next step for you.

This basic program takes place on Wednesday afternoons. The book studied is New Heart of Wisdom by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. We started this book on February 9 but you can sign up once started.
