weekend retreat
mindfulness for everyday life
With Kadam Gabby Palomé
In this retreat we will learn the art of meditation, which consists of concentrating the mind on what produces peace.
We will become familiar with the ability to eliminate distractions and thus increase the power of our memory or retentive (mindfulness, in English).
When our mind is free from the turbulence of distractions we experience serenity and tranquility, also when we enjoy inner peace and happiness we feel satisfied easily since the desire to seek external sources of pleasure weakens and we naturally relax.
Benefits
- Peace and clarity of mind
- Good health
- physical and mental flexibility
- Spiritual power
Enjoy the event at the Temple for peace in the world at the foot of the Guadalhorce valley.
