In these classes we will learn how to develop and maintain inner peace, how we can reduce and finally stop our problems and how we can start to introduce positive changes into our life that enable us to experience deep and permanent happiness. Through guided meditations we will taste the peace and freedom that flows from positive thoughts and concentration.

Each class is self-contained. You can drop in whenever you can.
Experience is not required
Guided meditation: Each class will start with a meditation on the breath, to calm our mind, reduce distractions and develop inner peace.
Teachings: A short talk and explanation of a meditation object is made, we will then learn techniques that we will be able to use later on.
Final meditation: Each class finishes with a second meditation based on the ideas we learned followed by practical advice on how to integrate it into daily life.
They will help you relax your body and mind and you will discover a special experience of inner peace.
You will develop the ability to maintain mental peace at all times, so you will always feel happy.
You will maintain good relationships and harmony within your family, friends and people around you, and in this way you will be able to help them to be happy.

The meditation room has all the essentials. No special clothing is required, if you wish to take notes, please bring a pen and notepad.
The length of the class is not related to the level of the class. Not only are there meditations but time is needed to process and receive the teachings. With the guidance of teachers, clear explanations and the group inspiration will not be difficult to meditate.
At the time of meditation, it is important you feel comfortable with your meditation posture. For this reason you could sit on a cushion on the floor or in a chair. If you have back problems, let us know and we will try to help you.
