Through meditation we can learn to develop an inner smile that arises from inner peace. In this course we will learn meditations to achieve a clear, peaceful, flexible and loving mind.
Meditation is a method of learning to control our mind, not in a rigid and forced way, but with skill and flexibility, and we get closer to the positive, peaceful, happy, natural qualities that exist in our own mind. Naturally everyone has those qualities in their mind. We just have to find them, access them, and that is what meditation helps us to do.
