Weekly classes to deepen

Cycle: Being happy without being perfect

For three weeks we will explore some teachings and meditations that will help us to be happy and not feel unhappy when we identify our shortcomings, receive criticism or make mistakes. If we develop wisdom we can use these situations to get to know ourselves better and accept that although we are not perfect, we have great potential to learn and improve. Developing this potential is essential to live happily, be authentic and sincere.
