ABOUT THE MASTERCLASS

What does it consist of?:

A practical and simple workshop but at the same time profound and enriching. We generally seek happiness in the outside world. We try to improve our material conditions and social position, but even if we succeed, we still have many problems and we are not satisfied.

In this course, Stephanie, will share age-old wisdom for these difficult times and show us methods to establish happiness within us by controlling our mind.

Stephanie Laun

She discovered Buddhist meditation in 1999. Since then, she has practiced meditation and the teachings of Buddha to face life with a healthy and calm attitude. She is highly regarded by meditators and practitioners of Kadampa Buddhism for her practical example and good heart. Since 2008, she has shared her knowledge in the weekly classes that we organize in Marbella and other places in Spain.
