Kelsang Thaye He found Kadampa Buddhism in the year 2000. From then on his life acquired great meaning and the desire to be of service to others.
Thaye has been a Kadampa nun since 2020 and has studied for twenty-one years in different study programs, practicing and sharing the Buddha's teachings in different Kadampa centers in Mexico, the UK and now in our meditation centers in Malaga.

Each session begins with a meditation on the breath, to calm the mind, eliminate distractions and cultivate inner peace.
Next, an explanation of meditations is made and we learn the techniques that we will carry out later.
The sessions end with a second meditation based on the ideas learned as well as tips for integrating them into daily life. At the end, you can ask your questions to the teacher.
How are the classes?

Previous experience is not necessary. The classes are designed both for people who want to start in meditation and for those who want to improve the quality of their concentration, theoretical understanding and practical ability in daily life.

Yes, you can join at any time without problem. In each class the topics begin and end. It is always a good time to put aside worries, receive inspiration, meditate and return to tasks with a renewed, more constructive and peaceful attitude.

These classes do not require prior registration. If you want to purchase a discount voucher, you can request it at the reception when you attend the class or buy it online.
What do I have to bring?
The meditation room has everything you need. You don't need special clothes, just comfortable ones. You can bring a notebook to take notes.
Do I have to be a Buddhist to attend?
No. The teachings and meditations that we teach are accessible to everyone. Everyone is welcome, whatever your faith and way of life.
Do you do physical exercise?
No, we only focus on the inner development, of our own mind, through contemplation and meditation.
Will I be able to sit on chairs?
When meditating, it is important that the position is comfortable for you. Therefore, you can sit both on a cushion on the floor and on a chair. If you have back problems or any other difficulties, tell us: we will do our best to help you.
