Curso: Mente clara - Mejora tu concentración - KMC España

Clear mind

improve your concentration

With  Kelsang Thaye

This is a very special opportunity to experience the deep inner peace that comes from a focused mind. When we train in concentration, we begin to experience an inner stillness or calm that is often compared to the depths of the ocean.

“When the turbulence of distractions subsides and our minds calm down, a deep sense of happiness and contentment naturally arises within us, helping us cope with the hustle and bustle of daily life.”

Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, New Meditation Manual

In this practical course you will learn mainly through guided teachings and meditations to:

  • Experience lucidity and mental clarity.
  • It will improve your physical and mental health.
  • To relax and calm your mind and enjoy inner peace.
  • You will learn to identify, reduce and eliminate the attitudes that harm you.

The course is suitable for both beginners and advanced.

To enjoy this experience no prior knowledge is required.

Everyone is welcome!

Kelsang Thaye found Kadampa Buddhism in the year 2000, at that time his life took on great meaning and he decided to dedicate it to helping others. Since then he has studied in the different study programs of the New Kadampa Tradition and has made several retreats.

She is a nun much admired for her positive way of dealing with difficulties and her precious energy and dedication. As a teacher, she shares all her learning from the heart and with clarity, being a great example for others.

Kadam Gabby has practiced Kadampa Buddhism under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso since 2004. He began teaching Buddhism and meditation in 2006. In 2012 he completed the Special Teacher Training Program (STTP) at our center major Manjushri KMC (England).

His teachings are close and practical, and he gives a clear example of how to put them into practice in daily life.

We have within us an inexhaustible source
of peace and happiness.”
