What does it consist of
Following in the footsteps of the Mother Center of our Tradition, Manjushri KMC, we have the honor to announce that this year in January, at the Kadampa Temple for World Peace, we will carry out the approach retreat, where we will accumulate 100,000 recitations of the mantra of the name of our Guru.
Join us for this auspicious and exceptional retreat using the mantra of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. This retreat will function as a Great Preliminary Guide to Guru's Yoga. Together we will offer our faith and get closer and closer to our root Guru. We will receive powerful blessings and inspiration, and create the causes to never be separated from Guru Sumati Buddha Heruka. The benefits of this retreat, both on a personal level and for the flourishing of Kadam Dharma, are second to none.
The retreat will conclude with a group Fire Offering to Vajradaka.
The retreat will begin on January 3 with a presentation at 7:30 p.m. and there will be four sessions each day.
