Retiro Meditaciones para amar sin apego aprende a dar con amor

Retreat to learn to meditate:

Meditations to love without attachment

“The art of giving with love” ~ The Buddhist way of loving

With Jose Ariza

What does it consist of
Most of our relationships are based on a mixture of love and attachment. This is not pure love because it arises from the desire to achieve our own happiness, we appreciate other people because they make us feel good. Pure love is not mixed with attachment and is born solely from the desire for others to be happy; it never causes trouble, it just provides peace and happiness to both of us.

There are many methods to develop our love but in this retreat we will learn powerful meditations based on a technique called "giving with love".

The benefits of meditating on emotional love and the love that desires the happiness of others:
1) We will accumulate a large amount of merit or good fortune
2) we will receive a lot of love and affection from others
3) others will protect us in different ways;
4) we will be happy at all times;
5) we will always enjoy good health;
