LEARN TO MEDITATE 

Meditation can change your quality of life with just 15 minutes a day.

Meditation can improve well-being and quality of life. Recent studies have offered promising results on the impact of meditation on lowering blood pressure. There is also evidence that it can help people manage insomnia, depression, and anxiety.

We all want to be happy and not suffer, but what do we do to achieve it? We seek to satisfy our internal desire with external objects (partner, sport, money, food...). All these things we can only enjoy if we are well inside, that is, if our mind is relaxed and happy.

Happiness and suffering are mental states, they exist in the mind, therefore it is our mind that we must know and control.

In this challenge we will learn how to transform our negative mental states into more constructive and positive ones. With the technique of meditation we will be able to integrate healthy and beneficial thoughts that will make our lives happier.

Introduction on Friday, September 15 from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Retirement: how to manage your emotions with gen Chokga

♦ Third week: improve your thoughts
Classes from Tuesday 19 to Friday 22 September
Class hours: from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

♦ Meditation course to strengthen

Gen Kelsang Chokga she is our resident teacher and national spiritual director of the NKT in Spain and Portugal.

He has studied and practiced under the guidance of the Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso since 1998, since then he has dedicated his life to imparting the profound teachings of the Buddha.
