How are the classes?

  • Each class includes guided meditation, a talk and an opportunity to ask questions.
  • No prior registration is required.
  • You do not need to have previous experience.
  • You can attend with normal clothes.
  • You can sit on a chair or on a meditation cushion on the floor

Tom Sharp

Tom has been practising and studying Buddhism for over 10 years. Tom is a sincere and dedicated member of the community and shares his experience of the teachings in a warm and practical way. He is a student on the Foundation Program at KMC and currently the teacher at the La Cala de Mijas branch.

  • So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind, and many of the problems we experience, including ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress. Just by doing breathing meditation for ten or fifteen minutes each day, we will be able to reduce this stress.
