International

kadampa festivals and celebrations

The festivals consist of a series of teachings, initiations and meditations, and are concluded with a short retreat. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to advanced meditators. They offer us the opportunity to consolidate and deepen our understanding and experience of meditation.

In addition, festivals offer the precious opportunity to meet like-minded people from all over the world and practice with them.

You will return home with a refreshed and relaxed mind and revitalized spiritual energy.
